The Rug Collection; 100% wool rugs and hall runners from Fleetwood Fox, thoughtfully designed and skilfully crafted in the UK. Made possible by using the reserve weaving from our bespoke range, these rugs and hall runners deeply align with our ethos of making sustainable, beautiful, hardwearing carpets.

With limited editions made in small quantities, this capsule collection gives access to the elegance and style of Fleetwood Fox designs, without the waiting times of our bespoke range. Rugs and runners are a wonderful way to transform a room, define space, and add comfort and pattern to all areas in your home.

Each rug and runner in this collection is hand sewn by talented artisans in our Somerset workshop. You will find the name of the weaver and rug maker on the back of every one.

Please note that we do not recommend the rugs and hallway runners from this collection for use on stairs; this is why.

  • Our stair runners should be installed by experienced fitters.
  • A poorly fitted stair runner can be a danger and lead to injury.
  • For this reason we advise that our ready-made rugs should not be used as stair runners because the cotton tape on the reverse makes them inherently unsuitable for a stretch installation.
  • We cannot be held responsible for anything that happens as a result of disregarding this advice.

Description

Composition: 100% wool / 100% cotton tape (on the back)
Why wool? Wool is hardwearing, sustainable and naturally stain resistant, making it perfect for busy homes, and for our planet.

Colour: Please note that colour varies between monitors and dye lots; if you would like we can send you small samples of the yarns to help you decide. Please see our detailed terms and conditions, for more information.

Care: Smaller rugs can be washed in the machine on a wool cycle. Otherwise, blot stains or spillages and treat with wool safe cleaner. We recommend using an underlay with your rug or runner to stop it slipping, to increase warmth and to help it wear longer. Tip: cut your underlay 5cm smaller all the way around to make the carpet lay nicely.
