We are very pleased to be able to send out our ready-made rugs again!
We would like to tell you about what we are doing to keep the process safe for everybody – after a rug is made it is not touched for at least 72 hours, when we come to despatch it, hands will be washed immediately before, and a mask worn during all handling. If a rug is returned to us, we will leave it for 72 hours before inspecting it and replacing it on the shelves. This will mean that refunds will take a little longer.
Our ready-made rugs are made from the remnants of our production weaving, this means that the cost works out at under half the normal price. They are beautifully made, with a neat cotton tape on the back (also woven in the UK) and fringed ends, with a label signed by the people who wove the carpet and made the rug.
